Real estate brokers Tommy Huntington and Robin Risley joined Coldwell Banker Kent Price Realty, Inc., in February.
The pair, who has worked as a team for the past 15 years, will serve real estate clients from north of Gearhart to Arch Cape, focusing primarily on the Cannon Beach market.
"Working as a team is a benefit to our clients, since each of us has our own strengths," Huntington said. "We go the extra mile for our clients."
Huntington said he and Risley chose to join Kent Price Realty because of the company’s long establishment in the community.
"The company has a long history in Cannon Beach dating back to 1924 and is family-owned. Dave Price is a fourth-generation owner," he said. "That was all desirable to us."
Risley has been in the real estate profession for 20 years; Huntington for 15 years. Both are Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and have completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) program.
Huntington, Clatsop County Realtor of the Year in 2005, is currently president of the Clatsop Association of Realtors. He also held the post in 2001.
Risley, who was Clatsop County Realtor of the Year in 2001, is president-elect of the local Realtors group and will take office next year.
Risley is active in the Cannon Beach Parks and Recreation District, where she has served on the Parks and Community Service Committee for 15 years over two separate appointments. She also serves as a governor’s appointee to the Oregon State Parks & Recreation Commission.
