Windermere Pacific Land Company in Astoria recently announced the addition of long time real estate broker Karen Radditz to its line-up.
Radditz has been in real estate sales in Oregon since 1989 in Washington and Multnomah counties and in Clatsop County since June 2008. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Radditz is also a principle broker, although will not be the designated broker in the Windermere PLC office.
Radditz moved to Windermere PCL in mid-February. She will be working from Astoria to Cannon Beach, mostly in the residential marketplace.
Radditz expressed enthusiasm for working for Windermere PLC.
"I wanted to broaden my horizons, and I love Astoria, so Windermere PLC was a good choice for me," she said.
Radditz was formerly in a management role for another local real estate office, but found it not to her liking.
"It wasn’t my thing. I love sales," she said.
To that end Radditz practices the NINJA sales approach: "Get in, get it sold, get out," she said.
Radditz said she offers her clients a host of services, including scheduling work that needs to be done prior to the sale of a property, such as yard maintenance or home cleaning.
"I help clients get their home sales and parade-ready," Radditz said.
