The company offers equity-indexed annuities.
O’Brien said up to 95 percent of small businesses are underfunded or haven’t started funding for retirement.
“They gain when the markets go up and don’t lose when they go down,” he said. “Its something totally new that people aren’t accustomed to,” O’Brien said.
