Lektro, Inc., towbarless aircraft tug manufacturer based at the Astoria Regional Airport, has a new marketing director. Kristy Westfall joined the company in May. She said company president Eric Paulson hired her to fill an evolving role at the fast growing company.
"He wanted to take it to the next level in terms of customer service and marketing," Westfall said.
Westfall has a background in sales and service training. She’ll be helping to enhance company operations regarding everything from advertising to sales training and outreach.
"I’ll also be attending all of our international and regional trade shows," she said.
Westfall came to Lektro from Ohio-based Signature Worldwide, a provider of training and business building solutions for the hospitality industry, and was formerly the company’s Seattle representative.
